By accessing our Site or purchasing our perfumes, you agree to be bound by these Terms:

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Fragrance Descriptions:  We make every effort to display our perfumes’ scents, ingredients, and packaging accurately. However, actual scents 

may vary slightly due to differences in individual body chemistry and screen displays.

Allergy & Sensitivity Warning:  Our perfumes contain fragrance oils and alcohol. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredient 

list (available upon request) or perform a patch test before use. Fragrance planet is not liable for allergic reactions.

Authenticity: All products sold are 100% original. We do not sell counterfeit goods.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Order Acceptance:  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, 

payment fraud suspicion, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms.

Pricing: All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)

Bank Transfer (details provided at checkout)

Payment Confirmation: For bank transfers, orders are confirmed only after the payment reflects in our account. For quick payment confirmation, 

kindly include the order number in your transfer narration. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (LEKKI PHASE 1 & BEYOND)

Delivery Areas: We deliver to addresses within Lekki Phase 1, other parts of Lagos, and selected Nigerian cities (see shipping policy). 

International shipping is not available.

Delivery Timeframes:

Lekki Phase 1: Same-day delivery

Other Lagos areas: 1–2 business days

Outside Lagos: 3–7 business days.

Delivery Fees: Calculated at checkout. 

Risk & Title: Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses 

provided by you.

Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to your unavailability or wrong address, a re-delivery fee will apply.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Change of Mind: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened perfume bottles.  

Unopened and sealed products may be returned within 3 days of delivery for a possible exchange or refund.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged, leaking, or defective perfume, contact us within 24 hours of delivery 

with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Item Received: If we ship the wrong perfume, please kindly let us know, and we will arrange for a replacement and send the correct one at no extra cost.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:  Sale items and gift boxes with broken seals are final sale and cannot be returned.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BY USING THE SITE

By accessing our Site, you agree not to:

Use automated bots to place orders.

Copy product descriptions for commercial purposes.

Interfere with the Site’s security features.

Post false reviews or mislead other customers.

We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including perfume bottle designs, logos, images, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Fragrance Planet.  

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:

Fragrance planet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our perfumes or website. 

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price you paid.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data (name, address, payment info) only to fulfill orders 

and comply with Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) requirements.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
